HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE


INTERNATIONAL AND NATIONAL

International and domestic customers, outside of Marrakech, must pay the shipping costs for returns and exchanges. To return an item to Divero:

1. Indicate on your invoice the items you are returning or exchanging

2. For an exchange: please indicate the desired item and its size. We recommend that you contact customer service to put the desired item on hold before your return is received. Please call or email with the following information: your order number, the item you want, and the size you want to put on hold.

3. Pack your item(s) and invoice in a carton or carrier bag.

4. On the waybill, please write your invoice number and "return of goods". Send your return or exchange using the carrier of your choice to:

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We will accept returns within 30 days for a full refund and within 60 days for an exchange. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service if you have any questions regarding the return of your product, we will be happy to assist you.

Items benefiting from significant reductions, during “sales”, cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded in vouchers.

Returns outside Marrakech are chargeable. We recommend that you return your purchases to us using the cheapest means of transport possible with tracking included.


Items must be returned unused and in perfect condition, with tags attached.

The soles scratch very easily on any hard surface. Always try your shoes on carpet or a rug. The packaging boxes are an important part of the product presented and must also be returned in good condition, when returning the shoes.


TRACK MY RETURN OF GOODS

We recommend that you use a return method with tracking. Please note the number of your package, so you can track your package and make sure it has arrived with us.


REPAYMENT

Returns can take between 5 and 10 days. Once your return has been registered and your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds sometimes take several days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank.


NB: DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery charges for shipped packages are non-refundable.


DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service immediately.


AUTHENTICITY/GUARANTEE

Di vero offers handcrafted products, there may be manufacturing defects. Obvious and conspicuous defects will be exchanged immediately.
